Meet the Rest of Our Team
Erin Bates, Operations Manager, Therapy Solutions
Erin Bates has supported the needs of both therapists and customers for Therapy Solutions since July 2004.
Working from our Edmonds office, Erin is responsible for the scheduling of therapists to meet customer demand. She also oversees an administrative support function built on the principle of "right the first time" in areas including payroll, record keeping and credentialing.
Holly Kandra, RN, MPH, SPHR, Director of Human Resources
Holly Kandra’s experience as a Director and Manager of several physician practices provided her the necessary skills for overseeing the Administrative Operations and Human Resource Department of Infinity Rehab. Her background in Occupational Medicine Clinic development, marketing of clinical services, policy development, human resources and clinical regulatory and compliance procedures creates a perfect fit in Infinity’s clinically driven approach to rehab.
Holly is a Registered Nurse who obtained her Masters in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. She completed an internship at the Centers of Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia. Her injury study on the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians was published in the MMWR. Holly has obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.
Holly's role at Infinity Rehab and Therapy Solutions is invisible to our client's eye. She provides direction and oversight for all the internal workings of our administration including: payroll, benefits, credentialing, HR policies and systems, and HR compliance.
Tim Esau, PT, MS, Director of Compliance
Tim Esau was one of the first Physical Therapists hired into our team. Starting as a staff therapist, he then became a successful Therapy Program Manager for one of our busiest facilities. Tim was promoted to Clinical Director in 2001 and, in June of 2006, took on a new role with Infinity Rehab and Therapy Solutions. As Director of Compliance and Clinical Development, he now oversees Clinical Compliance of the therapists and the development of clinical programs so that our therapists can achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients.
Tim received his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University (BS in Exercise and Sports Science) and completed his MSPT at Pacific University. Tim's background in home health, acute care settings, and the long-term care setting contributes to his holistic perspective in rehab's continuum of care.
